This is the start of a very scary season for Pianos!!
While very few of these disasters are fatal – the property damage is heartbreaking and nothing is sadder than a piano destroyed in a disaster! To make matters worse, many pianos are not properly insured and many owners are left without the resources to properly replace their piano. HORRIBLE!!!
Most homeowners policies will cover your piano. However, insurance companies will usually ask for a professional appraisal to know the estimated value.
